KARA MARIE STUDIOS PHOTO REVEAL GUIDE
YOU DID IT!!!!
You’ve just rocked your photo session and now it’s time for THE PHOTO REVEAL appointment! This viewing appointment is my favorite part of the Kara Marie experience. To kick off the appointment, you’ll view a theatrical slideshow of some of the highlight images from your session set to music, then we’ll view each image from your session individually, one at a time. There are typically about 75 incredible images in a KMS collection, so you’ll have plenty to choose from for your album and any additional products like wall art or gifting folios.
After we view your entire collection together, you’ll have the opportunity to see the entire line of albums and wall art options so you can select your products. We will help you through your collection to choose your favorites for printing and will answer any questions you may have. When we have your album finalized, we’ll move on to wall art, if desired.
Finally, whatever images you place in your album, and any additional printed goods (or the full digital collection if you end up purchasing that like many of our clients do), will be saved to a crystal USB drive that you will take with you when you leave your appointment. From there, our studio will work to design and submit your print orders. Approximately 3 weeks later, you’ll receive an e-mail letting you know it’s time to pick up your goodies! WALL ART! YESSS!
I believe in big, giant wall art and you should, too! You may not think so now, before you've had your boudoir experience....but once you experience this boost of confidence and see your images, you are going to want to blow yourself up. In the good way. You know what I mean. ;)
When it comes to wall art, BIGGER is BETTER. We have a great system for showing our clients exactly what size would look best in their home, and give a myriad of wall art options in our studio. After all, if you're going to all the trouble to have this experience, you might as well DO IT UP.
Our wall art is ALL of the highest possible quality. We use a professional fine art print lab to ensure that your metal and acrylic prints are of art gallery quality including archival print and UV protection/coating as well as quality hanging hardware.

LUXURY ART ALBUM COLLECTION
Imported luxury collection includes a 35-image album printed on luxury silk photographic paper, a matching 2-image nightstand folio, and a matching display case. Included in theFANTASY package at booking at a reduced rate, or available as an upgrade from theWORKS package at your photo reveal appointment.

DIGITAL FILES
Individual web-res digital file for personal and social media use- $100/each +tax
Full collection web-res digital files (all retouched images shown at reveal, roughly 75 images) for personal and social media use- $4000+tax
Archival of high resolution digital files- $150 + tax per year- This will allow us to store the images for you at full resolution in encrypted archival digital storage for up to 1 year from your photo reveal so that you may purchase large prints/wall art after your photo reveal appointment date through our studio. Otherwise, your images will be deleted for security purposes. It is important to place your full order on the date of your photo reveal appointment for this reason, but as of 2018, we now have the option for secure archival storage just in case you need a little extra time. *NOTE* to access the files within a year of your session, an in-person viewing appointment will be required.
